Integrating Octiga alert notifications to your PSA ticketing system

Octiga Alerts can be integrated to the ticketing system of different Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.

Octiga can proactively notify MSPs of alerts (i.e. risky user events and/or tenant baseline deviations) that require action or further investigation by creating tickets on the PSA service board.

When correctly integrated, Octiga will automatically monitor new incoming alerts and create tickets for you.
