Outlook web Access is a common way for users to access their accounts where the MS 365 licence does not offer a locally installed desktop version of Microsoft Outlook. It is also common for users who either don't like the occasionally cumbersome desktop Outlook or frequently access their accounts from browsers on remote desktops/laptops.
