Some steps to consider

  1. Consult with the client on the risk and need

  2. Choose a default setting for the organisation

  3. Create a group on each tenant to manage the override

  4. Instruct the client to place certain users or groups into the override group and to maintain this practice for all new allocations. 

  5. Use the Account Management section of the dashboard to allocate users into groups either at onboarding time or on an ongoing basis.

  6. Use remediation or auto-remediation to roll out the desired settings

  7. Inform L1s in the MSP on the effect of this setting, how to manage support queries when users cannot access Outlook on the web and remediate or advise accordingly
