How long it takes to receive an alert

Alerts from Octiga can be received in two ways:

1. Email:
   Email alerts are sent to the MSP's designated recipients, providing client tenant updates on an hourly basis.

2. PSA:
   PSA alerts are generated within 5–10 minutes after the alert is received through the Octiga app.
