How long does it take to onboard

Onboarding a tenant normally takes a few minutes, however the process is dependent on data propagation in Microsoft. In rare cases it may take up to 4 hours for Microsoft to complete propagation of necessary data.

Once all service checks are finalized in Octiga, a green checkmark will appear next to the tenant status.
