Role based User Access for IT Service Providers

Delegating access to users within your IT Service Provider lets you choose any user from within your Service Providers M365 tenant and assign them access to Octiga.

An example of this may be service desk / support desk engineers, service desk leads, etc.

Access Mechanism

Once administered, users will log in to Octiga with their Microsoft 365 accounts (M365 account from the Service Providers registered tenant)

Restrictions

Additionally, the following restrictions can be placed on users within Octiga

  • Role Based Restrictions

  • Per Tenant Visibility
