What we Bill
Octiga bill per licenced exchange online user mailbox.
What we do NOT bill
We do not bill on unlicensed mailboxes such as shared mailboxes and unlicensed admins. We do not bill on licences that are not exchange online
Example:
A company has 20 employees and purchases 21 Exchange Online Licences of differing levels
It allocates
10 x Exchange Online Business Premium Mailbox Licences to 10 users
10 x Exchange Online Business Basic Mailbox Licences to 10 users
1 x licence is not allocated
3 x Admin accounts (unlicensed, no mailbox)
5 x shared mailboxes
Octiga will bill for 20 units (for the two highlighted in bold above) in that month
